The offer

One coach. Me. That is the whole model.

  • No meal plans I teach you how to make sustainable choices, so the plan is not something you follow. It is something you own.
  • Analyze, then adjust I analyze your numbers daily and read the trends, making strategic adjustments to keep the momentum going. When the scale stalls, I do not just cut calories again. I might move your carbs to after training, or run a short micro-bulk.
  • Accountability Daily notifications from somebody who notices when your week goes sideways, and brings you back on track.

I am currently all booked up.

The mechanism, written down

Fat Loss Cheat CodeNutrition Edition

The cover of Fat Loss Cheat Code, Nutrition Edition, by Christopher Ciprian

Fifteen chapters in a deliberate order. Build the body first, then what to eat, then when to eat it, then how to make the whole thing survive real life.

The book is the mechanism. Coaching is the mechanism applied to you.

In development

Your own coach, right in your pocket

My own strategies, working for you every day. It analyzes the trends, makes the adjustments, and keeps you accountable.

It is being built now. The coaching does not wait for it.

The build

Build your plate for success.

Same food, different sequence, different result. What you put on the plate matters. So does what you reach for first.

Proof of concept

I ran the method on myself first.

These are my own progress photos, not a client's. Same person, same method, adjusted layer by layer. Results that stay.

Where you start

“A good coach evaluates the individual client’s needs”

What works for one person may not work for the next. Activity, calorie needs, training and your own metabolic response all change what you need. Body type is the quickest way to show that the differences are real.

  1. 01Ectomorph Thin frame, long limbs, little natural muscle. Generally handles higher carbohydrate intakes efficiently.
  2. 02Mesomorph Broad shoulders, naturally athletic, muscle comes readily. Also tends to handle carbohydrates well.
  3. 03Endomorph Wider frame, thicker midsection, stores fat more readily. Usually needs to be more conservative with carbohydrates.

Now the part everyone skips. Everybody’s dietary requirements are different. Some “mesomorph” fitness influencer on YouTube telling you — the endomorph — that you need to eat carbs six times a day to ignite your metabolism is not giving good advice to someone struggling just to keep the fat off, or to someone with insulin resistance. There is no one-size-fits-all, cookie-cutter approach. A good coach evaluates the individual client’s needs, takes their history into consideration, and works out where their metabolism currently sits before making the appropriate adjustments.

About

Christopher Ciprian, Nutrition Consultant and Author.

I struggled with my weight when I was young. Back then we didn’t know what we know today. Commercials on TV showed sugary cereals and claimed they were part of a well-balanced breakfast. Fast forward to my early twenties: I started resistance training regularly, and I never stopped — until I had to.

I injured my spine, was diagnosed with “degenerative disc disease” and was disabled for a while. Barely able to stand up straight or walk, I spent most of my days in bed, sedentary. I lost a great deal of muscle and gained a significant amount of unhealthy fat. Losing what I had spent most of my life working for put me into a depression.

After a few years of feeling sorry for myself, insecure about what my body had become, I knew it was time to start over. I was 217 pounds, completely untrained with zero muscle. In one year, applying all of my accumulated fitness and nutrition knowledge, I transformed to 165 pounds with single-digit body fat and plenty of lean muscle. That is a 40-something-year-old man breaking through plateaus, not some young twenty-something.

I am living proof that my system works, and the before and after photos of my most recent full body recomposition will attest to that. It also inspired me to help others who have struggled with their weight.

I understand that it is not your fault that you struggle with your weight — the deck is stacked against you. Foods in this day and age are not natural. They are designed by food scientists in a laboratory with the main objective to make you over-consume their product for profit. They analyzed the psychology behind food triggers and dopamine responses to get you hooked. The human body is not designed to eat highly refined processed foods and insulin-spiking sugary beverages.

That is where I come in. I’m not gonna give you a meal plan. I am going to teach you how to make the right choices. I am going to teach you how to substitute certain foods into your life that will create sustainability and calm that subconscious urge that the evil food scientists are trying to hook you with. I’m going to teach you how to eat your food so that it satisfies you and you are not hungry an hour later. I am going to teach you portion sizes so that you know how to judge and regulate your food intake instinctively.

I have spent half my life hands-on with fitness and nutrition. While most men over 50 try to cover up their gray, I wear mine as a badge of honor. They are the stripes on my shoulder, a symbol of wisdom — something that can’t be taught, only experienced through the hard lessons of success and failure.

In my time I have seen it all: fad diets, 30-day challenges and miracle fat burners. Through all of the outdated science and social media influencers I have found, by trial and error, which systems work and which ones are hype. I will analyze your data, recognize the trends and strategically pull the appropriate levers at the right time to not only break through fat loss plateaus, but to make sure that they never happen in the first place.
