Coaching
Coaching is currently all booked.
I take a small number of people at a time, one to one. Most of them have lost weight before and watched it come back. When a place opens I go to this list before anywhere else — no cost to be on it, and no obligation when I come back to you.
Tell me what you are trying to change.
Three questions. It comes straight to my inbox, not to a mailing list, and I read every one myself. You will get a reply from me, not an autoresponder.
What it looks like when it works
Three people who had lost weight before and watched it come back. Different starting points, same method.
What a week with me looks like
You log your weight, food, step count and how you slept. Then I will review it daily, analyze the trends and give you feedback along with any needed adjustments.
When the scale stalls I do not just cut your calories again. I might move your carbs to after training, run a short micro-bulk, or change what goes on the plate first. Small levers, pulled at the right time. No meal plan to follow, one coach reading your numbers, and someone who notices when your week goes sideways.
Who benefits the most?
People who have lost weight before and watched it come back. Age and body type are not the qualifier — that is. If the standard advice worked for a while and then stopped, if you did everything right and the scale stopped moving, if you are tired of starting over, this is built for you. The starting point is different every time; the thinking behind it is not.
What I specialize in
These are the four I am asked for most, and the ones most coaches are not set up to handle.
- Fat loss — not weight loss. Holding on to muscle while the fat comes off, so the number on the scale actually means something.
- Breaking plateaus — when the thing that worked for months stops working. The fix is usually not eating less.
- Diet fatigue — the point where you have been in a calorie deficit for so long that metabolic adaptation has caught up to you. Common, and fixable.
- Fitness over 40, 50 and beyond — different recovery, different hormones, a different starting point. I did my own full recomposition in my forties, so this is not theory to me.
