Who this is between

You, and CIPCO Solutions LLC, which is my company. When this page says “I” or “me”, that’s me, Chris Ciprian, coaching you through CIPCO Solutions LLC. When you pay for coaching or sign in to your client dashboard, you’re agreeing to what’s on this page.

You need to be at least 18 to sign up.

What coaching is

One to one nutrition coaching, with me. You get your own dashboard, where you log your day, check in once a week and message me, and where I post my read on where you are and what to do next.

I don’t write meal plans. The idea is that you learn to make your own choices, and I help you make good ones.

It’s coaching, not medical care

I’m a nutrition coach, not a doctor, and nothing I tell you is medical advice. Talk to your doctor before you change how you eat or train, particularly if you take medication or have a health condition. If something ever feels wrong, stop and see a doctor, not me.

It’s the same thing you tick on the intake form: I understand this is coaching, not medical care.

What I can’t promise

I can’t promise you a number on the scale by a certain date. Nobody honest can. Your results depend on your body, your life and how closely you follow the plan, and some of that is out of my hands. What I can promise is that I read everything you send me, myself.

Price and billing

• $999 a month. Charged the day you start, then on that same date every month until you cancel.
• Ten months in a row earns you two free. Once you’ve paid ten months running, the next two aren’t charged at all. Month thirteen goes back to $999 and the count starts over, so every ten months you pay earns another two on me.

The run has to be unbroken. If you cancel, or a payment fails and doesn’t go through, the count starts again from zero whenever you come back.

Payments go through Stripe, in US dollars, and show up on your card statement as CHRISCIP.COM.

Refunds and cancelling

• Within 72 hours of your first payment: ask, and you get it all back except $30. So $969 comes back to you. The $30 covers the card fee Stripe keeps when a payment is refunded.
• After that: cancel any time before your next billing date and you won’t be charged again. A month that has already started isn’t refunded, and your coaching carries on until that month ends.

The 72 hours only apply to your first payment, not to every month after it.

How to cancel or ask for a refund

Email chris@chriscip.com from the address you signed up with and tell me what you’d like. The time your email arrives is what counts for the 72 hours and the 28 days. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, and how long they take to show up on your statement is up to your bank.

Talk to me before your bank

If a charge ever looks wrong, email me first. I’ll sort it out with you directly, and that’s a whole lot faster than a dispute through your bank, which can drag on for months.

Your dashboard

Your dashboard is for you, so please don’t forward your sign-in links or share your account. What you put in it stays yours, and how I look after it is on the privacy page. When coaching ends, your dashboard access ends with it.

The legal bits

If there’s ever a legal disagreement, Florida law applies, since that’s where CIPCO Solutions LLC is based. As far as the law allows, the most CIPCO Solutions LLC can owe you for anything to do with coaching is what you paid for it in the 12 months before the problem came up.

If I change these terms, I’ll update this page and the date at the bottom. The terms on this page the day you paid are the ones that cover that payment.
